Greenhill Manor is an aged care home featuring shared spaces including a Conservatory, Heritage Veranda, Rose Garden, Lodge Courtyard, and Piano Lounge. By February 2019, they will introduce a serviced Café with outdoor seating and two new lounges. The facility offers 24/7 nursing care and has private rooms in the refurbished Manor House or a new wing. For dementia patients, there’s a dedicated memory care wing called Greenhill Lodge.
The home prides itself on excellent dining services with an on-site chef and catering team that prepares well-balanced, seasonal meals. Residents have access to continuous tea, coffee, and snacks at the ‘Lite Bites’ servery or Conservatory. Greenhill Manor focuses on maintaining independence while providing high-quality care and services.

No Accommodation fee for respite
You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.

Greenhill Manor supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
Residents at Greenhill Manor on average received 217 minutes of total daily care (106% target) from a combination of support workers, enrolled and registered nurses. In December 2024, a Registered Nurse was on site 24:00 hours per day.
