Have been very happy with the care and the services provided to my elderly cousin who feels very at home and enjoys the company and care of the staff and other residents there.
I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this place. Filthy from feaces, mould, food left on chairs, carpets and walls. Staff seem to try but many have no idea what they are doing and the good ones leave. Raising issues with management is mostly a waste of time as they are rude and reluctant to provide information.
My Mother In Law has just been removed from this Disgusting excuse for a Nursing home...on her release no Medical Records were transferred to her new residence...this lady is a type 2 Diabete on insulin and various other medications...Hammond Care were advised of her departure at least 7 days prior to release ... her new residence had no knowledge of any medication she was on untill a daughter advised them. A new Doctor immediately discovered 14 untreated sores.. and lack of care..why didn't Hammod Care attend to the basic care of this 87 yrs old Lady... Heartbreaking....
