Brilliant facilities & super friendly & helpful staff who clearly have their resident's (my dad's) best interest at heart. Huge shout out to Kim : )
The facilities are very impressive but that's where it stops. My parents were swiftly disregarded as potential new residents because my father has early onset dementia. Not even worth 1 star in my opinion.
Like a previous review the place venue is beautifully set up and delivers a great feeling to families on initial inspections, but that is where is stops. The staff broadly are not trained or experienced sufficiently in Dementia care needs. Whilst this facility advocates that they support integrated living under the new Aged Care model and are equipped to do so, this is NOT the case. They lack empathy and support and would not recommend this facility unless you are content for your family member to be encouraged to stay stay confined in their room or who have limited support needs.
Great new aged care facility, toured the facility and staff were friendly and management approachable. Many modern amenities with a nice atmosphere
