A very big thank you to all the staff at Isomer Nursing Facility in Lysterfield for looking after my sick father so well. A lovely, caring and clean facility, where all the residents are looked after so incredibly well. A special thanks to Marion for showing my Dad (Charlie) the extra caring (and laughs) that he needed. ALL staff were absolutely wonderful and so attentive to all his needs. And especially once he passed away, the lovely young staffer even gave me the hug I badly needed during covid times. Could not have picked a better place for our Dad to live out his final days. Will forever be grateful. Thank you Isomer. x

I have had my mother at Isomer for around 2 years, The staff are friendly and attentive. They feed her well. The rooms are big, and the place is clean. They run activities daily. Best of all they have kept mum Covid free. Cheers Wea

The care provided and shown to my dad at Isomer was exceptional. Placing dad in to care was the most difficult decision of my life and one that caused enormous grief to myself. They immediately reassured me that dad was in the very best of care, and that proved to be just the case. The respect shown to my dad was so comforting and that was in all areas including his christian beliefs. I must say apart from the outstanding physical care dad was shown a real love by all the staff. Thank you Isomer and all the staff for the care and love you gave to my dad in his final years.

My mum is a residence in Isomer for the last 3 yrs and she loves it. With the new management place had improved so much. They have very caring staff, rooms are big and has lots of sunshine and each room has a little kichen which is rare to see in agecare. Relaxing garden with big bird cage with full of birds.

I visit Gil here during a respite stop. He certainly gives the food 5*, and what I've seen is impressive. The staff are fabulous, particularly given the high-needs clientele. Climate control rooms, elec adjusted beds, and the courtyard is cool. Room for improvement: the grounds. Garden is tidy, but more could be done.
