Great facilities & friendly & caring staff.
The caring and supportive staff at Douro Lodge helped make my mum’s final weeks be the best they could be. I can’t speak highly enough of the amazing staff at Kanandah and the lengths they went to in accommodating my mum’s, mine and my families needs and wishes at a truly difficult time. You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.

Kanandah Residential Accommodation supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
