My brother was there for 8 years at Anita villa with opal aged care, though somethings were great, the theft was outrageous!! We only found out after he passed through he’s bank statements, he was buying gift cards every Christmas and birthdays. My family had not received a single one.
To all staff from general manager RN's nurses cleaners dining room staff Id like to say the entire team cannot be praised enough my john is there and he couldn't be in better hands Ty all
I worked here at this dump. I would never place a loved family member here. Terrible staff resident ratio, terrible food, terrible care, terrible surrounds and nasty staff attitudes. Management never listened to me and you can bet they won't with you!!
