Some staff are rude and unprofessional and expect agency staff to work more than what they are supposed to because they get paid more. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the worst Aged care I’ve been to. I notified my Agency not to send me the shifts from this Aged Care.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I paid for my mother to stay for 2 weeks. I was told if she stays less I will get a refund. She stayed 1 week. they sent a refund made out to my mother even though I PAID THEM. When I rang and told them they made it out to my money who has advanced dementia. She cant remember my name let alone her signature, not does she go to the bank. I have rung a few times only to be told "it's company policy" . SO IN SUMMARY OPAL HEALTH HAVE A POLICY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Really love their coffees. Every time I work a night shift at the hospital I always get one from them in the morning. The coffee is so smooth and refreshing.
