Langwarrin Community Aged Care is a newly established facility offering care to both Government Supported and RAD paying residents. It features single rooms with private ensuites, coupled with heating/cooling systems and high-quality furnishings. Interconnecting rooms are available for couples.
The home boasts several amenities, including private and communal lounge areas, internal and external courtyards with seating and walking tracks, and designated spaces for medical visits including a Doctor’s and Physio room. Special attention is given to residents with Dementia, providing two secure 18-resident areas with tailored programs.
All residents benefit from a varied Lifestyle program and freshly prepared onsite meals, with no additional service or extra service fees charged.

A fantastic brand new build with wonderful staff and all the amenities a resident needs. Located in the heart of the community with plenty of parking. We had a wonderful time visiting the home and the attention to were very impressed by the detail in the design, build and finishes made complete by the caring staff . Well worth checking out if you're looking for something special for an aging relative. 🙂👍
Thank you Langwarrin Community Aged Care for the outstanding service, accommodation, food, and most importantly, the love and care for our elderly community. The team, including Rachael, Jacqui, Jenny from activities, Penny at reception, all the nurses, the chefs and even the cleaning girls, tea ladies and laundry staff, are truly amazing! You have made the transition for our mother so easy and smooth. She has settled very quickly, made many friends and absolutely loves it here. I highly recommend this facility to anyone, so much so, that my mums friend is moving in this coming week after my referral!
Rooms & Pricing
Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) is a lump sum accommodation deposit refundable at the end of stay.
No Accommodation fee for respite
You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.
Concessional residents welcome
Langwarrin Community Aged Care supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
