HORRIBLE PLACE! Don’t even consider looking at this care facility all they do is ignore the residents here until you arrive and they suddenly fix it. There have been multiple times they ignore the elderly that have fallen on the floor, pants down to their legs, asking to get out of the toilet and the list goes on. This place should be shut down
What a disgraceful care home. My mother spent over 12 months at Hardi Manly Vale. In that time she broke her hip and was left for 2 days without acknowledgment. She then (she was bedridden) broke her pelvis. The nursing staff were rude and disrespectful of the patients and mocked them constantly. This home should not be allowed to care for the elderly and vulnerable. My mother is now in a beautiful home with staff that love and care for her and allow us to spend the necessary time with her so we can love her. SHAME ON YOU HARDI GROUP. Shame on you.
the worst nursing home i’ve ever dealt with, the nursing staff are so uncaring and do not care about anyone but themselves!
Last year I was trying to look around for my mother for a nursing home. The staff at the hospital recommended this home so I decided to go and have a look. To be honest I was so shocked and appalled at the condition of the rooms and how many residence were placed in the common room at now time. I walked through nearly in tears thinking how can people live like this. The rooms are dark and so small you can only just fit two small single beds and a table in there. The lady my mother was going to room with said she liked the dark so a curtain was over the very small window. I was shown outside where the staff told me they have some music sometimes and all the residence get up and dance and some take their shirts off. I couldn't compare this home to other at that stage but I walked out of there and was so angry that this cramped facility was allowed to run. By the way I went back to the hospital and asked why they recommended this facility and they said they hadn't seen it. Shouldn't even have one star.
