Good customer service here, staff are more engaging with residents and supporting independent
My Mum has been living in Marian Grove for over 15 years and is very happy. The staff have been wonderful to her and have often gone above and beyond responding to her needs, especially during the declining health and then death of my stepfather this year. The last 8 months of his life was spent in the nursing home and the transition from their villa was well handled and his care was second to none. The entire Marian Grove community, including staff and residents, is very friendly and inclusive. The property is maintained to an excellent standard and is nestled within nature, amongst trees and birdlife. The various activities held in the recreation room are well run and enjoyable, the chapel is a beautiful, sacred space and the cafe sells delicious, well-priced beverages and meals and is a great place to meet with friends and family. My brother and I are delighted that Mum has such a wonderful place to call home. Best wishes, Meredith Knight.
