MercyCare Residential is a lovely Aged care facility in Wembley. Very thorough covid entry procedure & very easy too. All staff are very helpful & make you feel very welcome. The accommodation is very nice & the common areas are also very nice. The staff interact with the residents with activities every day. Visiting my friend is always a nice time together. My friend is settled in & her room is filled with familiar items from her home. Good job mercyCare Staff ❤️
Having to do a RAT with incorrect instructions, followed by an involved signing in process was ridiculous. COVID is endemic. People are getting it despite vaccine after vaccine and all the precautions. Just let people use common sense.
