Extremely rude staff! Terrible experience with a nurse named Karen! She was so rude
Very toxic environment. Worked there till 2016. Having said that May be now it s a better place I don't know, heared management been changed.. I felt I wasted my time there. Care Manager then was very unprofessional/ cold/ Ill mannered person. I have 20 yrs work experience in 3 different countries this particular nursing home that I worked was the worst place I ever worked.
Cannot fault the staff or management. From the cleaners to front desk, everyone was treated with the upmost respect. Day or night staff all should be proud of their work. Parking available at the side of property, and additional on street as well. Narrow road when both sides filled with cars though, play the 'chicken game' with oncoming cars. Hair dressing available and many outdoor sun areas to get some rays if you wish. There is a stairway to 1st floor and a lift as an alternative. Thank you once again staff and management.
Nice, modern facility with mostly friendly and caring staff in my experience, however there are not enough care workers to provide adequate care to the residents and they are often understaffed.
Mum & Dad both residents here. Excellent care, modern facilities, the friendliest staff, cafe, hairdresser, chapel, lounge area to sit when visiting.. Not a lot of off-street parking.
