Millhaven Lodge is a remarkable home. Extremely well run, very friendly and give residents excellent care. Their activities staff do a fantastic top quality great variety of activities with the residents.
Terrible experience my mum was there for 4 years. The management, head care staff have no empathy, are uncaring and have caused me so much trauma and anguish over the years it is dispicable. They have lied to authorities, have manipulated situations which is unforgiveable. I was bullied by head staff, humiliated and my mum was living in an environment that was mentally traumatic for her. Nothing was done to help her, I was ignored, I reported them yet they remain in top positions at the facility. It is a disgrace and I do not recommend this facility.
My husband was in there for the last year of his life but sadly he passed away in there but I was not happy with what one of the top nurses said to me she was reported I cant say any moor it upsets and nothing was done about I suffer with panic attacks and still do I need someone to talk to about it but no one cares mrs webb
