I cannot speak too highly of this place. The care and professionalism of the staff was outstanding. The dreadful time my mother gave them was always managed with the utmost kindness and care. They succeeded in getting her involved in activities she had resisted for years to stimulate her final years. I have no hesitation in recommending this home. Thank you so very much.
One star to many. Meeting the GM and dealing with their HR was painful. The complete lack of education, lateral thinking, nil training, bullying and then to receive a call from the HR manager to tell me I was in the wrong when they completely wrecked everything through the GMs ignorance and arrogance was astounding. Gaslighting pigs! A interview effectively a total waste of my time through clueless HR and vacant GM management skills. Dodged a massive headache there!!! Utter Morons

My friend Joyce is there and we went to have lunch with her. Food was nice, her room was on the ground floor with a little garden and she loved it
Moran Kellyville is open and is taking residents. Took a tour last week. Really friendly care team and the home has a lovely homely atmosphere. Had a coffee at the cafe which is open to the public too. An early learning childcare centre is opening just in front of the home in 2019 and the residents and children will be able to participate in an inter-generational program which sounds lovely.
