My father died in January 2020 after living in this residence for a short time. Thank goodness he didn't have to endure COVID19 in this facility. There were cockroaches running across his bedroom floor, the toilet was stained and smelly, and staff showed no consideration regarding noise, with doors slamming all day long. Aged care in this country is an absolute disgrace and this facility demonstrated this lack of care our beautiful loved ones continue to endure. Shame, shame, shame!!
