Understaffed and over worked with limited outing for resident
They work hard to meet needs
They try their best but the management in Melbourne under staff them and reduce staff on weekends people in there don't change.
I have had both parents as rrsidents at this place, the staff do a great job under pressure to meet all deadlines
Nazareth House was home to many children in the 60s and 70s. I was one of those girls and contrary to popular belief that the Catholic Church abused all children my five or six years here were my salvation. Thank you Sisters of Nazareth. 😁 A recent visit showed many changes to the buildings and much expansion to cater for the many elderly who call it home.
