I completed my placemat in the TLC noble gardens. Staff is very comparative and give opportunities to learn specially Ash(EN). Ash gives us lots of opportunities to learn the skills.Manger Lisa is so good she explained things very nicely and always ready for help. Thank you so Tlc noble gardens 😊😊
One of rhe best aged care facility in the area, very homily environment for the elderly,lots of activities on offer for the residents. Very caring staff members. You feel welcomed every time you visit.
The new extension makes the facility feel even more like a resort than an institution. This open feeling together with the friendly, open management and staff make us grateful we selected Noble Gardens to support Mum.
The manager is really supportive and understanding. The staff are nice and work together as a team focused on providing resident focused care, maintaining the safety standards and safe practices.
Awful...the staff see you approach and they are suddenly able to move and dissapear in the other direction. And if you manage to catch a staff member i the reply to a I'llrequest is I'll go get someone that can help and Noone arrives 27 minutes went by with the buzzer on ..waiting for this staff member to arrive .. So I asked another staff member for assistance to be told not her section and would get someone... Finally someone arrived that couldn't understand the word toilet stated is a student doesn't know what to do and would go get another staff knee...what a joke

Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
