The staff are very caring and do a great job of looking after the residents. Communication from the manager and the nurse in charge of clinical care are exceptional. Thank you to the lovely staff at Oaklea Hall.
Our family really love Oaklea Hall. No aged care home is perfect and it's hard to keep up with all the reforms and changes, budgets, staff changes etc within the Aged Care environment. But what we love about Oaklea Hall is the staff is always trying the best and they try to communicate to families. Yes there are changes that happen (but that happens in all aged care homes). But staff are always kind and friendly and we feel really comfortable approaching staff with our concerns if we have them. They have an open door. We've had our family member in a number of homes and this one really does communicate the best :) Keep it up! Carolyn the current manger is awesome, very friendly and approachable and she and staff keep families in the loop. Thanks Carolyn and staff :)
