I'm just been very generous with the rating. The first ever ever bad experience we have ever had. Keeping our hopes high that somewhere out there will be a place which can be well managed, a place where can we have a peace of mind that our love one can be look after properly and the staff understand and follow instructions. There's NO A GOOD COMMUNICATION between staff and the management, as well as staff and loved ones close family. Starting with the reception. It is the face of the place. Show more sympathy. No how much money the facility is going to get. There's NO communication whatsoever between them. A change of attitude from some staff will be much appreciated. The good side was that we met some staff very nice, humbled and they're did their best helping my mum and very respectful and easily you can talk to. We wish there will be more staff like them in the Aged Care System. Well done, girls!! and a male RN. You're were so kind. Thank you!
