I first contacted this facility with reguards to booking my father in for respite care on December 4th. Was told my details were recorded and Tracey Briscoe would get back to me No. I called again December 10th. Was told Ms Briscoe was in a meeting, my details were taken and assured she would ring me back. No. I called again December 11th and was told Ms Briscoe has gone on leave and her next in charge would return my call in 3 days. Am extremely disappointed as I haven't had any respite since corona began and to be treated in this manner is very disheartening. Will not be dealing with this facility again.
Exceptional care given to my mum by all the staff. Very caring and a loving atmosphere. Supportive for family members going through a sad difficult time.
Such a beautiful Facility. The Staff are absolutely outstanding. They work so hard but are always very compassionate and extremely kind to all the clients. Amazing group of people. 🙏
Our parents have been there since January and the staff and facilities are amazing. They absolutely love their new home. Thanks to all the staff for making their transition to Oz Care so welcoming .
