This place is horrific. Don't ever put a loved one here. The residents are ignored, called names and not cared for. The manager is an atrocity and needs to be fired for her lack of care and compassion. Head office are a disgrace, so don't expect any help from them. Disgusting!!!!! The place needs to be audited and some serious changes done. The service manager is a major problem!!!! A fish rots from the head down.
