RSL lifecare at home were providing shopping and domestic assistance. They regularly left without completing either task in full, there was often not enough food for our relative there until the next service. The office phone was rarely answered, no one responded to messages left, service times changed without us being notified. The staff when we did get in touch seemed to have no idea what was happening. I’m genuinely shocked at how bad this service was. We have since cancelled and arranged private services for our vulnerable older person as RSL lifecare at home made things more stressful than helping. Extremely disappointing.
