Good place Constantly checking my mother and helping. Manny Thanks
Just like anywhere there are loving kind staff & some shockers. It all comes from the top. Management need to show compassion to their staff & in turn the staff will show this to the residents & each other. Every work place needs a good leader & I hope they find a good leader. Only make your staff do what you are prepared to do yourself. Take a leaf out of ARV’s book Just saying...
My first experience and thought of Regis was home... The staff, the environment, the interactions between residents and staff, the delicious cooked meal feels like home, like a family. The residents needs are always a priority and such special bonds have been formed, the gardens are spectacular, the activities that are held throughout the day for the residents are definitely popular and have created much entertainment. This aged care facility is full of love, beautiful workers with hearts of gold and passion.
Regis staff are enthusiastic and passionate about aged care and those who they care for. Regis has a great great lifestyle team who make the lives of the residents brighter each day. Each room is single with ensuite and most have a garden outlook. All meals are cooked on site from fresh ingredients. Regis may not be modern and glamorous like some of the newer facilities, but it makes up for this in good care and respect for the residents and families.
Worst nursing home ever. I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here. Totally uncaring and unsupportive to the elderly. Some staff are verbally abusive towards some of the residents and some are locked in there rooms frequently. The facility manager and the staff members in the office are just impossible to deal with and do not take complaints seriously. I am so glad that I moved my grand father out of this hell hole as he would have ended up dead here. Stay right away from this place if you want your loved one to be cared for and treated with respect.
