Dad moved into Regis Eastern Shore November 2021. We’d had reasonable experiences in larger facilities, but on the recommendation of a friend looked at and obtained a room with an ensuite at Regis. From day one noticed a significant difference. Management, office, nursing staff and carers, all provided a much more personalised and attentive service. Dad absolutely loves it, the staff genuinely care and look after him so well. We could not recommend this place any higher, fantastic.
A lovely nursing home with warm and caring staff. My brother is receiving excellent care and as a family we feel supported.
Thank you for your care. You made everything easier for us as a family and Lisa, Oliver and Kristy supported us throughout. My wife felt respected and loved in your care.
Huge thanks to the team - because of you guys our family got extra time with our mum and you supported my brother and father who had to make difficult decisions with regard to her care. Also - as an aside - i ate lunch with mum numerous times - the food served in your home is better than most restaurants! Thank you so much for this and everything you did caring for mum.
The Regis Eastern Shore team showed nothing but kindness and respect to our beloved mum. Mum had quite advanced dementia and the previous facility she had been at discharged her while in hospital because she was “too high needs” for them. Oliver, Lisa and the Regis team assured me that sas no issue for them and it never was. Thet really knew how to support our mum and as a result we got some more time to spend with mum as a family. I’m so grateful to the management team, the beautiful carers and everyone at Regis Easternshore. You gave us valuable time with mum where all her needs were being met so she was calm and our mum again. We cannot thank you enough!
