My dad is very happy here and the staff are wonderful.
Very poor not able to contact loved one In facility phone doesn't work took 25 minutes to answer buzzer very poor service for patient
Very friendly staff; the kind that bend over backwards to help you. The retirement units are reasonably priced, clean and well kept. Entry into the bathroom is not for the mobility challenged as there is a lip to step over. I removed the one in my mother's unit at our own expense (and owner's permission).
A nice enough home. The staff seem friendly and the residents happy. Only concern is lack of parking. Often have to park on the street which means it's a fair walk for the driver.
Staff need to be more careful when entering patients rooms, when visitors are leaving rooms, instead of pushing there way through and pushing people against the door frame
