Resthaven Paradise has been my home now for over two years, and it's everything one would want in a retirement village, friendly, caring, concerned, helpful, and possessing a magnificent, well constructed, new building, that houses big rooms, clean, airy en suites, comfortable lounges, and lovely dining rooms, plus a huge hall, where activities and entertainment are many and varied. Resthaven Paradise is beautifully situated, right on the River Torrens, and our very own koala is often seen in the gum trees surrounding the buildings. We're on the Linear Park Walking Trail and it's lovely, which is appropriate, because the staff is lovely, too!

No Accommodation fee for respite
You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.
Concessional residents welcome
Resthaven Paradise supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
