Amazing age care with friendly and caring staffs. Good carer to resident ratio.
Never cared enough for my father who died of bronchitis pneumonia
2015 Photos mainly of MOUBRAY HOUSE - the cream brick low level building. (not meaning low level care). RFCC is a complex of a few different buildings offering different environments and prices reflect this. The rating doesn't refer to the clinical care etc. Online the RFCC seems to have a few different names. So, 'Prahran' is aka 'Melbourne'.
I hated that place. 8-5 contact m-f? No parking. Hateful place. Need pass word entries.
Nice, flash building. Seemed very cozy inside. Would be a bit nicer if they can spell the names of their residents properly. Bit painful when those on the end of the call centre tell me my relative of the same name is not residing here. When I showed up to visit my relative I see the name on their door has been misspelled. Pretty bloody hopeless as I had to basically help myself to get into the facility to see my relative and the error they made. Staff cannot be making these mistakes.
