My mother-in-law was a resident at Royal Freemasons Flora Hill earlier this year. She could not have been happier. Initially she was not looking forward to going into residential aged care but from the moment she arrived she was delighted. Every single person from the Residence manager to the nurses and even the maintenance man made her feel welcomed and cared for. She was very impressed with the food and they made sure to cater for her individual likes. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone took time to make sure all her requests were attended to. The rooms and in fact all the facilities are very clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. And then when, sadly, she passed away her whole family and most importantly she were cared for in the most respectful and empathetic way. We were very touched by the care and special little things done to help us all through this very sad time. Thank you to everyone at Royal Freemasons. I hope you are given the funding to continue your very good work because you have a lovely staff there who obviously love and care about their job
Often cannot find a park for visiting and the pick up area is so tight it is hard to turn around to leave.
