Great staff and doctors who have been looking after my father for over 3 years. Food is excellent and activities are great. It is a shame Freemason's is moving out of aged care. I fear the new purchaser of the facility will be profit focused and care, food and activities will suffer as a result.
The staff have great care and very clean
My mother in-law just spent 2 week's in respite in Royal Freemasons Footscray first time for her. The staff are absolutely amazing very caring and understanding and took the greatest of care of my mother in law she was very happy when we went to pick her up with alot of the staff coming to say goodbye to her and telling her that they would miss her. A very special thank you to Alice for all that you did and for putting my mind at ease Alice was always there to answer my questions and take my calls.
