Our mother has been to several aged care homes and respite over the past 5 years in Queensland. I can honestly say we are over the moon impressed from the first point of contact, to the onsite carers, volunteers met, staff workers, management and phsio, the level of care and compassion received was the best ever!! We feel a huge sense of relief and peace knowing our mother is in such caring hands and a beautiful facility. Customer support and service were EXCEPTIONAL!
