Needed help with a private issue..Sasha the office manager was more that helpful and went above and beyond to assist..very pleased..
Mable was very helpful when I booked my mum in for respite. Mum’s been twice now and calls St Patrick’s Green her ‘holiday home’. The staff are very patient and kind and the facilities are lovely.
I am posting this review on behalf of my parents, Domenico & Angela (Paula) Startari who moved into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom independent living unit at St Patricks Green, Kogarah in January 2018. The following are their comments: "We moved into our new unit at St Patricks Green from a nice home we owned in Penshurst. We are so happy with our new unit, its bright spacious and has so many luxury inclusions. So much thought has gone into the design. The appliances are all high quality and within easy reach for us older folk. The bathrooms are spacious with wide doors, big showers and high quality taps, shower heads, toilets and basins. Everything in the unit is quality decor. The complex provides a high level of security with emergency call pendants and phones. The residents lounge areas, cafe, gardens are all really nice and fitted with high quality furnishings. The complex is kept immaculately clean and has so many facilities, hairdressing salon, doctor suites, theatrette, gym etc. There is an aged care facility on site, so if we require that in the future, we can continue to live within the village environment. Most of all we love the staff at this village. They have made us feel so welcome and bent over backwards to assist us with the move and our specific requirements for the unit. Nothing has been too much trouble for this terrific team. The other residents have all been very friendly, welcoming and social. We love catching up with them for coffee in the cafe most mornings. We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves since moving in and our kids are very happy to see us so well looked after" Update 15th April 2019 - on behalf of Angela Startari. It has been just over a year since we moved into the village and unfortunately Domenico's condition has worsened. We had to move him across to the Aged Care section where he could recieve a much greater level of medical and caring support than I could provide for him in the apartment. It was one of the most difficult decisions we had to make in life as we have never been apart in our 65 years of marriage. Sasha, the village manager was tremendous, helping me through the transition. She gave so much advice and support to make the transition seamless both on the emotional and administrative side. She is a very good friend to me. Domenico is very happy with the level of care provided in the aged care facility. He has a very nicely appointed private room with large ensuite. The staff are so caring right down to every last detail. The room is so clean and tidy. They go way beyond the call of duty and regularly call into his room to check that he is ok, often taking him for a walk and chatting to him. They recruit only the best of staff who genuinly care about the residents I have stayed in my beautiful apartment and can stroll across to see Domenico any time of the day and night. Domenico's care staff are so nice to me and always checking on my wellbeing. This is one of the best facilities I have ever seen. I am so pleased to be living here in a secure and really pleasant environment. Sasha and her team deserve a 10/10 rating. I couldn't be happier ! Angela Startari
Wow what a lovely facility. Amazing grounds, beautifully decorated interior, spacious rooms.
Went for an inspection and although the facility was not appropriate for our needs, Megan the client liaison manager was excellent and extremely helpful with explaining the process to us Facility was beautiful, clean and bright.
