After paying $800 upfront for furniture last Saturday. All I have got is excuses for why I can't pick up or get my furniture delivered. After 2 days of sleeping on the floor as i don't have the funds to buy another bed and furniture. I call them and get hand balled to three different people where I have to start from scratch explaining the situation. The third ladies response was that I "was being smart" and she hung up on me. I ok. Single guy, ex- military, I felt sorry for myself sleeping on the floor but I can handle it. But, I wonder if you were a single mum or someone really struggling or someone that can't afford to pay $800, to get absolutely given the run around. The to be told you are " being smart" for expressing your frustrations and then hung up on. Very Christian. Jesus, Mary and Joseph bless you and I hope the $800 I got nothing but stress for somehow ends up helping someone that actually need you guys to pull your socks up.....

Sadly my mother had to be placed into an aged care facility this year. Just by fate we managed to get her into St Pats. This is by far the best nursing home around here and surrounding areas. The staff are wonderful with her and nothing is too much bother at all. She is in the best hands at this place.

My husband John has been in StPatricks for 2years now, he is really happy there, he loves the staff & seems to get on really well with them, when I leave him to go home he doesn't care at all & I would much rather that than being upset.
