I know of friend who is in there that I have visited. For a Greek nursing home you would think the majority of the staff would be Greek to be able to talk to the residents and hear and understand them when they need to express their needs. Ahh no the majority of the staff are Asian and speak little to no Greek. This is ridiculous. There are residents who are very violent and have been very aggressive even getting physical to which I have seen in the past and it upset me so much me and the resident had to go to their room and stay in there from fear. I also know of an illegal capacity assessments that were done on a residents while they were distressed and not wanting to take it. This was a huge red flag as they have Doctors who do this without the families or residents knowledge or agreement. I was told when the families found out they did everything they could to fix this but I know that no one trusts this nursing staff now and have many watching and coming in as visitors but watching carefully and taking notes of how staff are treating the residents now. Disgusted to hear that the Greek chapel was giving communion during Covid when allowed with plastic spoons. This is blasphemy and disgraceful and extremely disrespectful to the Greek Orthodox religion and Cannons. I am extremely disgusted and so upset that the poor residents are exposed to such horrible care. I think this nursing home should be looked into and many families and residents who do know what is happening to be interviewed and have them federally looked into because I believe that there is more happening that I have heard and these are only a few stories from a few families I have heard from. I call for a federal investigation to be brought forward and clean this place up before they end up doing some worse damage. I would not recommend anyone to bring their family or friends to this place. No order at all and the staff get exchanged every few months which also causes much distress to residents and families. Get your act together as many are watching and taking notes.
Helpful people Alex from Molly plumbing pty ltd.
Treatment of my grandmother is atrocious. The lies from management the cover ups is unbelievable. They should be closed down. Do not put your grandparents or parents anywhere near this place.
