Treated my Grandmother poorly, left her in a hot room no airconditioning..walked in on someone feeding her piping hot food.Avoid this place if you have loved ones...
The staff at the nursing home have done a fantastic job looking after my mum under these circumstances that we all face around the world. every week they send me updates on what they are doing to keep all the residents safe and they always ask the family's if they would like anything else for them to do THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Steer clear of this mob. My father passed away recently after spending more than 2 years in Summit Care's aged care facility. And it was a very unpleasant experience. But this lot haven't even bothered to contact me with condolences or any questions. But I expect there will be a bill in the mail soon. Aged Care? Not here!
