Sundale Palmwoods Care Centre

Palmwoods Hostel is a 70-bed low care facility located in Palmwoods Garden Village campus, boasting single ensuite rooms designed to echo the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. The facility supports ageing-in-place, with 28 beds dedicated to specialised care for dementia patients.

Residents benefit from a comprehensive activities program, onsite freshly cooked meals, and bus transport. The building features a variety of common areas including a library, a TV lounge, and a sitting area with garden access.

Health services are provided according to Government eligibility, and a registered nurse along with a care team collaboratively work with residents' GPs to tailor individual care plans.
