About our home
Kingia is an aged care home structured with clusters of eight or nine rooms per wing, featuring central courtyards and winter gardens. The facility includes three wings on the ground floor and four wings on the upper floors. Each floor has two dining rooms and two lounge areas for social activities.
All meals are prepared daily on-site in the main kitchen located on the ground floor. Residents have access to various amenities, including a private dining room, a library, an audio area, and a sitting area with a fireplace. Each level also features a multi-purpose area for activities. Additional facilities include the Spritz Cafe, open weekdays from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, and a hair salon available to all residents.

We are so appreciative of the care and attention given to our Mum and Dad at Ningana, not only the professionalism, but the friendliness of the staff is wonderful, everything about Ningana for us as a family has been a great experience and we look forward to the continuing care they have given. We also appreciate the way in all the staff from Reception to cleaners to carers, nurses everyone have been so obliging. You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.

SwanCare Ningana supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
