Staff were lovely - friendly and kind.
The staff have always been very friendly and helpful when visited our loved one,it’s such a clean place and offers a great service and caring environment to the residents
The home has a nice warm welcoming feel to it as you go through the entrance. The main foyer, cafe and lounge areas are very nice with some great colours, and a coastal vibe. Its clean with plenty for visitors and residents to do. As you get to the other end where the rooms are, it starts getting worse. Go through the doors, and the walls need a good paint, as they look dirty and are patched in spots, the rooms and furniture are very outdated. The staff seem lovely, although when you are waiting for someone to get there attention, especially waiting to get out the door some seem to ignore you!.
My mum lives here, in the self independent units, it's very pretty with all the trees and gardens.
Lovely staff who remember residents' names and stories and spend time just being with them. They also choose to listen to family members and proactively make contact if something needs discussion. The facilities aren't the newest nor the biggest but it's made up for by the staff care.
