As a career for my mother suffering Dementia, not only am I out of my depth and riddled with mixed emotion, I am met by silent indifference the 3 times I have called and attempted to get information from these people. EDIT: Since the my frustrated attempts to contact them, I have since been in touch and had mum admitted. She is in very capable hands and could not be happier with the care she receives.
