Night staff stole all of my grandmother’s jewellery off her dead body and have refused to assist in retrieving it stating they don’t know. Family heirlooms that are priceless, absolutely disgusting. Taking it further.
The facility has not improved in the past 12 months, first the dementia unit closed and high turnover of staff, very dissapointed, badly managed and lack of quality care.
Pathetic
Senior management rather rude and nasty. Hate to think what she is like to residents and staff.
This facility is absolutely incredible, not only is home 1st class, the people who work there are also, cannot fault it, highly recommend if your looking at putting your loved ones here.
