The staff is very nice and professional. Well mannered behaviour.
Yung reception - did not understand what to do with basic reception traffic. Avoid
I take partner here for physio which is good. But they rarely answer their phones and often fail to return messages - very frustrating. They must have a cumbersome booking system for physio - takes ages to make appointments.
Attended the gym, did program in pool. Tai chai is fantastic. Wonderful staff. In particular Julie. I will apply to go back one day. Facilities are great. Staff treated the elderly with so much respect and kindness.
