I do not recommend this aged care to anyone. Absolutely rude staffs and residents as well.

My mother was only in the Queen Vic for a few days as what we thought was respite care became her final few days. During that time she received fantastic care and attention from obviously committed staff in a very difficult situation. On behalf of my family I would like to say thankyou to all involved with the Queen Vic for the help they have given me and my family.
