Frighteningly poor care in the dementia care area. We moved a relative out of there to somewhere that provided actual care.
My mother only had hours to live and no one bothered to call me, when I found my mother she was barely breathing and her head had a shrunken appearance presumably from dehydration despite the assurances by Mr Jose Rigor the care manager the day before that the staff would assist my mother with fluids, Ms Rebecca Revoltar also declined my request for intravenous fluids that might have save her life. Despite there being a dietitians report, the facility did not follow the recommendations. If you care about putting a relative into an aged care facility, then find another one. The only way to post this is to make a one star rating.
Best place to work. Just been there once from agency. The staff are very helpful. The managers very helpful too. The residents also getting the good care.
