Dear Jasmine and team at Trinity Manor Balwyn I want to thank you for everything you have done and are continuing to do caring for our Dad Antonio. Dad has been with you for 2 years and they have been so challenging for all of us. You have kept Dad happy, healthy and cared for. He has felt loved even when restrictions meant we could not be together in person. All the Trinity Manor staff have become part of our family and we are truely blessed to have you as part of family. Even during the current difficult situation with the loss of my sister all the staff have rallied around dad to ensure he been okay and not left alone, added to that your assistance and support with Dad for the funeral is amazing. I could never repay our gratitude. regards Jed and Chrissy Comand
Left our mother for dead after suddenly being transferred to hospital. No follow up or courtesy call.Next day in covid lockdown. Presented with a pile of wet missing and others belongings on discharge. No care no passion or dignity. Don't waste your money. No communication no transparency.
My sister spent three years at Trinity Manor, Balwyn, suffering from Alzheimer’s. We chose this aged care home as a very elderly relative was there for two years, and she and her daughter highly recommended it. My sister died there in July 2020. Throughout her entire time there, the staff were unfailingly kind and patient in their treatment of her and every other elder whom I observed. They were particularly good with elders who had dementia. The place was always clean and temperature controlled. They have a visiting hairdresser and manicurist. There were regular activities to entertain the elders ranging from quizzes and games to visiting music displays, kindergarten children, pets, etc. Meals were very good as well. Management was excellent with contact, particularly as my sister moved into the palliative care stage. In her last days, the staff took good care of us as well as we waited with her. From the beginning of the pandemic they have instituted strict health protocols, with closure at times, but arranging for families to visit by video conferencing. I would highly recommend this care home.
I could not speak more highly of Trinity Manor. My brother has been there for over eleven years and I have never had to complain. Such a wonderful aged care home.
Jasmine I want to sincerely thank you and your staff for the wonderful care, considerations and insightful handling and care you gave to my mum. I have had considerable experience over the years in the aged care industry and can honestly say Trinity Manor did a remarkable job and ticked all the boxes plus some that I wished an aged facility could provide in the all of life care for mum. She loved her room, the intimate dining settings, the beautiful surroundings and most of all your caring staff. I will certainly be singing the praises of Trinity Manor to my friends and colleagues. Thank you. Regards Chele Matthews
