It was very gratification to catch my ex next door neighbor who is 94 to wish her a merry Christmas cheers
My parents have been at the Lodge for 12 month's.. the care they receive is outstanding..all the staff treat them with dignity and respect..the nursing team are highly trained and very professional..All the meals are of a high quality and the it is always lovely and clean..I would strongly recommend Banks Lodge.
After 3 days of trying to make appointment to visit a resident we finally arrive to be told only one person can visit. During the many phone calls to get to this day i stated 2 of us were visiting. My friend is struggling both physically and mentally at the moment being treated like prisoner. When I pointed this out to the manager she didn't care. What difference does it make 1 or 2 visitors in her room. We are both triple vaccinated we bought our own rapid tests as they will not supply them. This is their own made up rule. Think twice before you place a loved one in this facility. NEGATIVE 5 stars 😪😪😪
