My mother Dawn Neilson spent a few weeks in Marima on respite whilst awaiting a vacancy to come up in Caroona Yamba. When I visited she always commented on how nice all the staff were to her which was comforting for me and all our family. When we were leaving one of your staff, who appeared to be on a break, dropped everything and came rushing out to give my Mum and hug and wished her well. The lady is my hero. She has found her calling in life and please keep being you because you are the best. Thanks to her and all the staff at Marima for the 5 star treatment my Mum received.
