Horrible staff, management very intimating, pushy, refuse to listen to feedback positive or negative. Wasted my time.
I would not send my loved ones here due to the fact that they were very under staffed and they do not inform on any medical issues at all very poor communication on what actual happens there to ur loved one while they are in there they go in there fine and they come home and ending up going to the hospital with dehydration and kidney failure i wouldnt wish this on anyone PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Such a lovely and clean facility and I really appreciated the leaniance in allowing me to bring my little dog in to visit my great aunt. She loved the distraction and it was really nice to see her chatty and happy. She seems very comfortable with you and is a relief as this process can be very distressing for people understandably. Thank you.
Took excellent care of my great Uncle ClifClrd Adams. I sincerely appreciate their wonderful care and for their beautiful tribute at his service. 💜
My Father went into care here in September 2017. Koombahla have an amazing team and available 24/7. We were extremely happy with the care he received. He was very happy with the food and activities provided. He loved the all of the staff and we cant speak highly enough. The family would like to thank all the love, care and attention my father received until his passing last week. We know that we could not have gotten better and very thankful we chose you for his care.
