I love Mingaletta Port Macquarie - the manager is so wonderful with a gold heart. She prioritize to admit my husband on a very busy time. I love the place especially the little chapel which is so private and hubby go to the chapel almost everyday. Staff are great. Lovely place for our loved ones.
Staff were the most caring and kind people.. hard to deal with loss but they all cared so much. Warm enviroment
Facility kept clean and food generally of good quality, however there is very limited accessible outdoor space. Emphasis is on appearance, not residents. Staffing levels are insufficient, particularly for those who are high need. There can be long waits for assistance.
Could not get more caring people Looked after our dad with love,& caring from his admittance to now in his final days thank you from the bottom of our hearts To the staff in The Sandhurst dementia ward thank you
This is definitely the Hilton of aged care services. Friendly efficient professional staff. Catering to every need for the elderly
