I am doing my first ever google review because I believe people need to be aware of this nursing home before making important decisions, we all know you can’t judge a book by its cover, the facility looks fantastic and is less than two years old but the level of care they provide is so disappointing, I remember very clearly that I visited my dad right after first lock down, his finger nails were at least 5 mm long, unfortunately my dad passed away two weeks ago, about 18 months after entering the nursing home, my family and I didn’t receive any form of a condolence message, such as a phone call, or email. Instead, they keep emailing me about the latest informations and Covid vaccine booster, what kind of management it is, don’t you know someone under your care is dead? so unprofessional and careless, even my vet sent me a sympathy card after my dog died. I strongly advise and recommend anyone considering placing their loved one in this nursing home, to rethink this decision, as they do not strive to care for others, but simply complete their shift, and leave.
lovely facilities, but were ageist. i travelled via public transport, with arrival to unwelcoming people who sho’od me off.
Absolutely disgusted with the treatment of my grandmother at this facility. Even some of the staff put in complaints about a doctors neglect. I will be posting a web site with photos and information about her neglect. Message me for details.
