The rooms are modern, light and spacious. The staff are amazing and by all accounts the food is on point as well. Theyve installed a coffee machine which will give you a decent cup for $2

My husband and I have lived here 3 years. It took 11 years to get in, but we've been very happy here. The garbage/trash is collected 3 times a week, maintenance is prompt and while all the residents are nice, the employees are even nicer - and my husband says living here is marginally cheaper than when we lived in our own house. Planning is very good - all homes here have no stairs to the front door or garage. A friend of ours who lived here for 20 years said that if he'd had millions, he'd still choose to live here. (He died recently.)
