I want to pay tribute to your manager, Debbie Fletcher, who is leaving at the end of the month; a caring, loving lady who, over the many years she managed Vincent Court, turned this facility into a true home. On behalf of my mother and all my family, I thank and salute you Debbie and your wonderful staff for the care, the patience and love that is Vincent Court. Patricia Bonnice
I totally agree Great staff and management I did my Ain training there in 2015 Treated like a stuff member Awesome Only wish I can get a job there 🙏
Extremely lovely staff, very accommodating not only for the resident but also the family & friends visiting. I stayed & had morning tea & lunch with my grandfather, it was really nice. Highly recommend.
Seems to be a happy place. Staff helpful and cheerful. Bright and clean..
Management is accountable of duty of care. I helped an elderly man back to vincent court, from town due to him being confused and disorientated. He couldn't find his bearings or where he lived. No one from the nursing home was with him & apparently, he was allowed to go to town by himself. I left my details & concerns for his wellfare at the office, asking to be contacted. No one to this day has bothered to contact me. Who ever management is you should be fired.
